We calculate shipping costs based on the total weight of the items ordered and current rates at USPS. In an effort to provide you with the best rates, we will ship multiple items together.
We will send a tracking number to the e-mail address you provide when ordering. You can use the tracking number check the status of your order at www.usps.com.
If you are oustide of the U.S. please contact us by e-mail to make arrangements for ordering.
If your product is damaged, we will gladly replace it, or provide a refund or credit. To process a return, you have 7 days after delivery to contact us.
We will require the order number and a reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization code, only then should you send the item back to us in its original shipping container. A refund will be processed once we receive it.
Used items cannot be returned.
The refund will be to the same account from which you made you initial payment.
Our preferred method of payment is via credit card on our secure server. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use PayPal (Please note: If you pay with PayPal's e-check, we are not authorized by PayPal to ship the order until the check has cleared, which can take up to 4 business days). If you would prefer to pay by money order, please contact us for address information and to make any necessary arrangements.
